We are pleased that you and your physician have scheduled you for surgery at the Sinai-Grace Ambulatory Surgery Center. We are located at 27207 Lahser Road, on the west side, just north of Eleven Mile Road. Click here to view the map of the location . Let us know if you would like a tour prior to your day of surgery.

We are open between the hours of 6 a.m. and early evening until our last patient is discharged, Monday through Friday.

Surgical Screening

When your physician schedules your surgery, we will prepare a chart for you. A registered nurse will call you during daytime hours to ask questions about your medical history. The nurse will need to know the names of medication that you take, including over-the-counter medicines and herbal remedies. If you have had a recent EKG, the nurse will contact your primary physician for a copy. At that time, the nurse will give you instructions about how to prepare for surgery and how to care for yourself afterward.

The Surgery Center admitting staff will complete your preregistration packet that will include your insurance verification. This information will be included in your personal chart.

Parking

Parking is available in either the east or west lot. Additional parking is available in the west lot behind the building. Patients are discharged through the east lobby. For convenient wheelchair accessibility, your driver will be directed by nursing personnel to bring the car to the east entrance for patient pickup.
